Gaia's pantry is sow sow amazing!
Our papaya trees are so generous!
I dedicated today harvesting both ripe papaya for 6 quartz of Chutney, SAN Francisco style!
And green papaya for a slaw, Bobby Flay style along with an old new fashion curry chicken bake brought to you by the medicinal and often over looked green papaya!
Filled with enzymes this grain/gluten free day is sure to please, feeding our bodies and spirits need for soulful food!
And Happily, this beautifully messy kitchen can now be closed for daze, tho now the pantry is ready for a new week filled with good choices...
