Dazed and Confused Yet?


You’ve heard about the ‘Terrible Twos?’ The terrible twos do not hold a candle to 2020, 2021 and 2022! If you’re worn out, from shenanigans that these years have revealed globally, Know you are in good company! These ...”Terrible, Horrible, No Good, Very Bad Days” have left humanity Dazed! 
Funded by dark money, the Classic 1984 Orwellian double speak has been relentless. 

Sadly, all of humanity is rising to the old clichΓ© we are “mad as hell and we’re not going to take it anymore.” The movie Network from back in the day; had citizens disgusted by mass media; tossing TV’s out their windows! It just might be time to at least unplug from lock step narratives to save your sanity!

Take a look at global affairs mass media is once again not reporting! CRICKETS! Let me remind you that Omission of Facts is also a Lie! Brazilian citizens have taken to their streets for over a month now. And look at China being compared to Tiananmen Square or their Boxer Rebellion. Brave citizens are rising despite CCP’s advancement of military force. 

And AZ!? In USA! Really! “Oh come on man” Again! Once Bitten Twice Shy! Lord help us get “STANDING” to finally!?! Be allowed to be Heard in our own court systems!The art of the πŸ™ steal is finally going to be revealed ... πŸ™

Oh... the “Nothing to see here” narrative of  the mind bending psychological warfare being deployed  upon Humanity of ... “don’t believe you’re lying eyes” narrative doesn’t hold water any longer. We can not unsee these past 3 years! 

Anyone that knows of my work, knows I do not rant without a solution. So, I am sharing what I consider one of my most valuable tools in my tool box as a life coach and medicine women of 44 years. We must focus with lessor sharp in-sight;                 on what we can change. Ourselves!                 The micro to the macro sow to speak!

 In my writing and teaching I suggest that our society does not teach the language of emotions. Just like the tides of the ocean with its ebb and flow so goes our oceans of emotions!  There are 22 levels of emotions!  Below please use the “Emotional Guidance Scale” from Abraham Hicks’ “Law of Attraction” in “Ask and it is Given -Part ll” 

“Your Mission, should you decide to accept it, is to” ... identify your current state of emotions from the below provided list. With mindful attention and self-awareness, raise the vibration of your whole being by moving up the emotional ladder by at least one step UP! 

This could take hours or even days. At times you may find you’re right match up the ladder maybe several levels up. Skipping above the next set of emotions to the one that resonates with you is best. Remember you can’t do this wrong when your intention is right. Believe in your gut instincts as to which level you are ready to rise to.

Be Honest and kind with yourself, there is nothing to defend nothing to judge. There is always room for improvement and the buoyancy unstuck emotions can yield! πŸ¦‹ -Simply Cathryn

Here’s the results:  “The study tells us that the ‘An apple a day keeps the doctor away’ aphorism was coined in 1913 but was based on the original form with a different rhyme, some 149 years ago in Wales: ‘Eat an apple on going to bed and you’ll keep the doctor from earning his bread,’ went the proverb in Pembrokeshire. The daily apple eaters in the study  were more likely to successfully avoid prescription medication than the people who did not eat apples.”
