It is a fact that we feast with our eyes.
In my hOMe, that begins with the sight of a loved one preparing a meal. This appeal, this mindful attention, stirs the heart, for it is love's expression in action.
The old adage of "not going to bed angry" should be applied to preparing your feast as well. Be mindful in the kitchen that the act of cooking does more than nourish the body and brain.
When love is the first ingredient, vibrations are raised that feed the needs of the soul. When a meal is prepared with a grateful heart and love, it turns into a feast with this passionate action.
