SEASHORES OF OUR PLANET, BODY, MIND AND SPIRIT

NEW MOON BATHING LET YOUR INTENTIONS become illuminated with YOUR  MEDITATION, your WILL steady within a CANDLE'S FLAME.  ALLOW YOUR CARES AND SHORT COMINGS, to be SLOWLY PULLED AWAY FROM YOU.  WILL those THOUGHTS and EMOTIONS,  THAT NO LONGER SERVE YOUR HIGHEST PATH, TO 'MELT AWAY' GOING DOWN THE DRAIN, ONCE AND FOR ALL AS YOU PULL THE PLUG! Dare to expand beyond, to the shoreline of ALL THAT IS, within these waters, we create to be known as SEA of TUB.

Tap into this process often,  creating your own 'UNLIMITED OCEAN',  this moment of pause and reflection, in your Life's routines. This monthly Bathing ritual, of Honest self-assessment affords a type of Reset or Refresh Button, which helps to Realign, Reconnectt to God's Creative Energies governing our Universe, as well as our selves.  Bathing soothes a stiff body, which creates a smoothness of mind, Aids in Detoxification allowing the body to Remineralize, creating Balance, Energy, and Rejuvenation. Kindle a desire to merge within, connecting to Life's Energy Force of Creation, we have long forgotten.  Under the cover of  New Moon's  mysterious darkness  ...SOW,  plant the seeds of your deepest Heart's Desires,  for they are Sacred!  MAKE A WISH MY LOVELYS,  FOR DREAMS DO COME TRUE,  AS THEY BEGIN WITH YOU. AS AN EMPTIED VESSEL..."WHAT YOU CAN PERCEIVE YOU CAN ACHIEVE!"

JUNO'S DEDICATION TO THE ONES I LOVE + HEART CHAKRA

HUMANITIES 101 ..." 'Tis Better To Have Loved + Lost than never to have Loved at All." ~ Lord Tennyson. I would be remiss, if this first month of a new Season, June, named for the Goddess of Marriage + Relationships, did not address a less spoken Truth.  It matters not our rank or culture, race or creed, we will all experience Loss. Loss through life's movements, separations, mis-alignments, growth changes, divorce or death, is sadly, an inevitable experience we shall all share. On a personal Heartfelt note, I found that:

*HUNA'S focus on FORGIVENESS ~ was one of the first and fastest approaches to my Healing. Forgiveness of others + even harder ourselves, is a Transforming Tool Dissolving Emotions held within the Pain Body. Huna's Sound of "Haa" is expressed on exhalation, and helps direct energy in a focused manner, to Cleanse, Clear, Center and ReAlign.  Just Exhale Haaaaa....

* ACCEPTANCE + ALLOWANCE ~ gentled my spirit towards SURRENDER, building my trust in "Let Thy Will Be Done." Prayer + Meditation was Key to feeling the comfort of Being Connected.  Long Walks in Nature served as a communion, w/ 'All That Is', as gifted from our Creator, grounding  us in the"Here + Now"+ Reminding us that we are,"Spiritual Beings having  a Human Experience!"

* RELEASE ~ Truly ..."Let Go + Let God!" Freeing another as well as yourself by releasing one another for THAT WHICH SERVES THE HIGHEST GOOD OF ALL. A Course In Miracles presents the idea, of our mis-steps, as a Study in Contrast! Sometimes we need to experience "what doesn't work!"   BLESSING IT + LETTING IT GO,  'empties your vessel', allowing space for DIVINE PRESENCE WITHIN. "Less of me and more of Him." 0;-)

* ATTITUDE OF GRATITUDEThankfulness for the expansion that LOVE ONCE SHARED allowed. ..."CONTENTMENT EXPRESSES GENTLENESS." Keeping your thoughts STEADFASTLY ON THE GOOD, Knowing 'Love LIVES ON', forever and a day for LOVE can not be Destroyed, + for the LESSONS your relationship had to offer. <3

* COURAGE ~ The Root word  COR is Latin for HEART!  Courage to face each day w/ enthusiasm. There is nothing in our closet that can dress us daily, as our SMILES. Be it a 'half hearted' whimpering whisper, of a smile, we must go on.  Each time we lift up the corners of our mouths, Courage is thereCourage to find Purpose w/each new Dawn.  Facing my fears (acronym for "False Evidence Appearing Real"), has this Heart Beating stronger. <3 cas

HEALING HAND MUDRAS

HAND MUDRAS- Simply put, Mudras refers to the position of the hands & fingers as it relates to the rest of the bodies energy flow. The study of Mudras can be quite extensive, in which eye and body positions are included, however, today, let us view a few of the classic  hand positions helpful in meditation. Know that some refer to this practice as "pure brain training"! For just as in the study of the foot and reflexology, the body is mapped out in our hands as well. There is positive influence on the brain waves, when the fingertips touch each other!!

Break of Day - USHAS MUDRA - Rise & Shine - This Mudra brings vitality in the morning, helping us to flow through the ever-changing times and new beginnings that come repeatedly in life.  Before, your head leaves it's pillow of dream-time: Women - Clasp your fingers, placing the right thumb between the left thumb and index finger,  (left over right) pressing. Men - right thumb over left.  Place your clasp hands at the back of your head, pressing your elbows into the pillow. Repeat 6 times, releasing tension with every exhalation.  To increase the stretch, extend your clasped hands and stretch your arms over your head stretching from head to toe for another mindful 6 breaths. Bless and give gratitude to your gift of yet another day to let your Love Light Shine, before your feet ever touch the ground. <3 cas

MEDITATION 101

Consider greeting each day and/or ending your daily affairs by setting aside time  (minimum of 20 minutes).  This sacred space and time has the ability to renew energies, allowing one to stay clear and in harmony with the universe's energy that governs the flows of our lives as well as the cosmos. It takes simple commitment along with some basic approaches to tap into the "in-dwelling Christ Consciousness"-" Presence" or "Collective Consciousness", it matters not the words chosen to describe that Divine Spark of Light and Love, that resides within each of us. Simple Requirements such as:

The Posture of the Body - Sit preferably on the floor in a dedicated space, with your legs crossed in the full or half lotus (Indian style), with knees pushing against earth, while reaching for the sky with your head. If a cushion is needed, a folded towel, or small pillow can be helpful. For those unable to sit on the floor a chair can be used placing your feet solidly planted on the ground. Your spine is straight as an arrow, with the pelvis tilted slightly forward, while the belly is relaxed, and the chin is drawn in. The shoulder fall back and down relaxed, as you chest stays open and free the Breath.

* Hand Positions -There are many Mudras (hand positions) that can be used with different intentions. For a simple introduction, rest your left hand in the right, with palm facing towards heaven, with the thumbs joined, resting in the lap. The tip of your tongue gently settles on roof of the mouth behind front teeth. Your shoulders drop naturally and are kept soft, as your hands rest on lap or knees.

* The Eyes - can gaze into a candle's flame, or simply kept open directing the soft gaze downward at nothing or the tip of your nose.  Many will close our eyes focusing on the space between the eyes, known as the third eye area, or the 6th Brow Chakra, this inner eye is connected to the Pineal Gland.

*Babies Breath - Breaths are drawn deep enough to see the belly rise and fall as if an ocean is naturally flowing to and fro.  My breaths begin and end through the nose, sounding like the ocean at the back of the throat. The exhalation should be as long as the inhale,  focusing on drawing the belly button toward the spine at the bottom of the breath.  Lengthen the little pause after inhaling and exhaling by a few seconds.  The most important aspect of inner power resides and therefore is developed during the PAUSES - on every level of our experiences!!!

*Chi & Chakras  - The Chakra system, aligned with the spine, can open and connect the seven chakras or "wheels of light", to this sacred practice. Concentration on the solar plexus, located 1-2  inches above navel, is where our sense of power comes from. This 3rd Chakra, is the area that houses the bodies Chi, or our center of gravity for all actions, intuitive, and deep awareness not to mention the bodies Solar Energy.  We must retrain our selves, re-educate our muscles to master this most FUNDAMENTAL Function of Breathing, for Well Being.  With every breath, energy is transmuted into each cell, helping emotions to be released or stored. BREATH is the fastest way into the Portal of the PRESENT MOMENT,  awareness of the HERE AND NOW, and most effective way of alignment and connection to the energy flows of our cosmos and lives. 24/7 JUST BREATHE... <3 cas

Spring's Last Fling

The Golden Thread of Spring's Lessons~O Ladies + Gents, what I want to say to you has me smiling ear to ear as the season of the liver  (Spring), comes to a quiet close, shhh ou dear ones and get this.  First, on shushing; it has been said that Listen + Silent are spelled with the same letters.  Thankfully God created us with one mouth and 2 ears in all of his wisdom, but more on that and meditation for another lesson.

ANATOMY - READY...Set... Here we gooo....Hang on now... We may be under false assumptions (oh please do not assume anything (Toltec Lesson)), that we think from our head(s) lord another lol. Seriously, friends, according to ancient Chinese text, the activity of thought is attributed to our LIVERS and not necessarily the head!!!  Remember, March's lesson wherein the sense organ of springtime is the eyes. Well, the eyes open to the liver (not just a.."mirror to our souls")!!! Therefore, we are perceiving our universe through our eyes, sending our impressions and ideas to our livers.  Let us recap the work we've done in releasing the negative 'personality' of the liver, letting go of anger, or the frustrations of living in the past with foods, sounds (shh) and movements. As we addressed the livers needs, through balancing and nourishing, it can now express creativity and realization, as it picks up impressions received from our eyes.  Acting as a CPU unit, the brain stores the thoughts and images RECEIVED THROUGH THE EYES WHICH OPEN TO THE LIVER. If we agree with this premise, one may consider the idea that our head is not the originator of our thoughts. Just saying, things that make me go Hmmm + Shhh ou...

HAPPY WHITE LOTUS- MUMS DAY

PHILOSOPHY~ Meditation 101~ May celebrates Mothering the Mother (Honoring Mary), and Flowers. Self nurturing/love must become a priority in regaining our centers and balances within our home hearths and hearts. No doubt it may seem impossible in our 24/7 duties as the center of our homes, to carve out a moment of pause to tend to your balance and self-reflections.  "The longest journey is the journey Inward"~Dag Hammarskjold. (oh but so worth the effort). Consider lesson on Meditation and Prayer, remembering  you are not here to impress to but improve, if only one moment of clarity at a time.  It matters not if our success is measured in seconds at a time, it is all a stepping stone to the next in self-discovery and recovery....

   HAPPY WHITE LOTUS DAY

..."The Lotus Blossom symbolizes the causality of the spiritual life.
Rising up from the mud of the swamp (the physical world, the body)
Growing up through its murky waters (the world of sensory desire & emotions)
Penetrating the air (the mental world of thoughts and ideas) and
Aspiring towards the light of the sun (the spiritual illumination, the Dharma)
It blossoms into a pure white flower (S. Pundarika is the white lotus). "
