11/22 A WAKING DREAM

Even Mother Earth is expressing 11.11 w/a Crop Circle Swallow's formation + it's symbolic connection 2 the Door Way in Orion's Belt!  JUST SAYING... If there is the slightest chance that the Golden Age of Spiritual Brilliance is upon us, COUNT ME IN! For the Law of One and Love 2 replace, this Study of Contrast, This Study of Duality and Fear, surely is our Sweetest Dreams Coming True.

Binary is the Latin word for base two, and is the base for every computer's exchanges and processes of information, using only two symbols  0 + 1! This in itself is Epic, with mind bending results in my book, but lo + behold is only the tip of iceberg. This Simplified process of Binary  are Triggering the Neurons in the Prefrontal Cortex of our Brains!  Like a computer, our Brains are utilizing Binaries "simple" system of 0 + 1 serving as a Trigger Mechanism for Desired Actions! MIND BENDING!!.!! 

Upon further study. this Binary System isn't limited as a tool for developing computer science or other electrical devices, and is not a "new Idea." As in Ancient China's classic text of Tao Te Ching; 'Book of Changes' or 'I Ching' uses a type of binary code. Many civilizations used this in some form, included inhabitants of Australia, South America and Egyptian arithmetic! Which of course, leads us to the Mayan Calender and the Blessed Event awaiting us on 12.21.12 !!.!!

  Sow, if ll.ll Is An Activation Trigger for our Minds, perhaps we need 2 Dare 2 Dream, as we develop Self-Awareness. These WAKE UP CALLS, provide the loving guidance and reminder to Pause + check ourselves, as our thoughts and intentions matter, as does our BREATH. Through our "Vortex" style of Deep Breaths In + Out as Abraham Hicks would teach, we have the opportunity to Bee Easy on ourselves, as we Release that which no longer serves our higher good. The MOODY BLUES' Sentiment... "HEART AND SOUL TOOK CONTROL... Took Control of Me," just about sums up my feelings on the 11.11 phenomena.
 In Numerology all double digests are considered a Master Number.  Accordingly, 11 is considered the Physic Number + the most Powerful for Activating our minds. Many metaphysical traditions say that the number 11 has special potential to access higher spiritual and cosmic planes while also having the ability 2 TRANSFORM! RUNNING OUR VEHICLES WITHOUT OIL

BABIES BREATH

*Babies Breath~Breaths are drawn deep enough to see the belly rise and fall As If the ocean in it's natural rhythm of EBB+FLOW!  Breaths begin and end through the nose, sounding like the ocean at the back of the throat. The exhalation should be as long as the inhale,  focusing on drawing the belly button toward the spine at the bottom of the breath.  Feelings, emotions and fears can be dissolved, released and Healed with w/ each breath's intention of LETTING GO. Allowing each breath to bring you deeper and deeper into a sense of stillness, CENTERED and in the Presence of Present Moment.  Lengthen the little pause after inhaling and exhaling by a few seconds.  The most important aspect of inner power resides and therefore is developed during the PAUSES of breath - on every level of our experiences!!!

 *Chi & Chakras  - The Chakra system, aligned with the spine, can open and connect the seven chakras, (and beyond) or "wheels of light", to meditation's sacred practice. Concentration on the solar plexus, located 1-2  inches above navel, is where our sense of power comes from. This 3rd Chakra, is the area that houses the bodies Chi, or our center of gravity for all actions, intuitive, and deep awareness not to mention the bodies Solar Energy.  We must retrain our selves, re-educate our muscles to master this most FUNDAMENTAL Function of Breathing, for Well Being.  With every breath, energy is transmuted into each cell, helping emotions to be released or stored. BREATH is the fastest way into the Portal of the PRESENT MOMENT,  awareness of the HERE AND NOW, and most effective way of alignment and connection to the energy flows of our cosmos and lives. 24/7

MEDITATION 101

Consider Honoring each day as a gift and/or ending your daily affairs by setting aside time (w/@least 20 minutes).  This SACRED PLACE and time has the ability to renew energies, allowing one to stay clear and in harmony with the understanding that the same energy that governs our cosmos, governs the  flows of our lives as well. It takes simple commitment, along with some basic approaches to tap into the "in-dwelling Christ Consciousness"-" Presence" or "Collective Consciousness", it matters not the words chosen to describe that Divine Spark of Light and Love, that resides within each of us. Simple Requirements such as:

The Posture of the Body - Sit preferably on the floor in a dedicated space, with your legs crossed in the full or half lotus (Indian style), with knees pushing against earth, while reaching for the sky with your head. If a cushion is needed, a folded towel, or small pillow can be helpful. For those unable to sit on the floor a chair can be used placing your feet solidly planted on the ground. Your spine is straight as an arrow, with the pelvis tilted slightly forward, while the belly is relaxed, and the chin is drawn in. The shoulder fall back and down relaxed, as your chest stays open and frees the Breath.

* Hand Positions -There are many Mudras (hand positions) that can be used with different intentions. For a simple introduction, rest your left hand in the right, with palm facing towards heaven, with the thumbs joined, resting in the lap. The tip of your tongue gently settles on roof of the mouth behind front teeth. Your shoulders drop naturally and are kept soft, as your hands rest on lap or knees,  or both palms on knees towards the heavens in a receiving position.

* The Eyes - can gaze into a candle's flame, or simply kept open directing the soft gaze downward at nothing or the tip of your nose.  Many will close our eyes focusing on the space between the eyes, known as the third eye area, or the 6th Brow Chakra, this inner eye is connected to the Pineal Gland. Soften the tiny muscles surrounding your Eyes, letting goo of tension in the bundle of nerves deep within center of your brain. Soften your GAZE IN LIFE,  allows Clear Sight for you and those under your gaze!!  Bringing a sense of PEACE behind your EYES1 Expanding your sight, your vision towards Opening for CLEAR VISION + SIGHT... Spring's Last Fling

The Golden Thread of Spring's Lessons~O Ladies + Gents, what I want to say to you has me smiling ear to ear as the season of the liver  (Spring), comes to a quiet close, shhh ou dear ones and get this.  First, on shushing; it has been said that Listen + Silent are spelled with the same letters.  Thankfully God created us with one mouth and 2 ears in all of his wisdom, but more on that and meditation for another lesson. SETE...

ANATOMY - READY...Set... Here we gooo....Hang on now... We may be under false assumptions (oh please do not assume anything (Toltec Lesson)), that we think from our head(s) lord another lol. Seriously, friends, according to ancient Chinese text, the activity of thought is attributed to our LIVERS and not necessarily the head!!!  Remember, March's lesson wherein the sense organ of springtime is the eyes. 

Well, the eyes open to the liver (not just as~"mirror to our souls")!!! Therefore, we are perceiving our universe through our eyes, sending our impressions and ideas to our livers.  Let us recap the work we've done in releasing the negative 'personality' of the liver, letting go of anger, or the frustrations of living in the past with foods, sounds (shh) and movements. As we addressed the livers needs, through balancing and nourishing, it can now express creativity and realization, as it picks up impressions received from our eyes.  Acting as a CPU unit, the brain stores the thoughts and images RECEIVED THROUGH THE EYES WHICH OPEN TO THE LIVER. If we agree with this premise, one may consider the idea that our head is not the originator of our thoughts. Just saying, things that make me go Hmmm
